Now, in order to reduce costs, 6-10 kilograms of other plasticizers will be appropriately added; When the amount of filling material is large, the amount of plasticizer and lubricant can be increased; When using non active fillers, the amount of plasticizers and lubricants should be larger;
(2) For ordinary plug materials, the dosage of plasticizer is 35-60 kilograms, stabilizer 6-8 kilograms, lubricant 0.6-1.8 kilograms, and filler 25-50 kilograms; The usage of plasticizers and lubricants refers to the use of sheath grade plug materials;
(3) If flame-retardant PVC plug material is needed, it is advisable to use a composite flame-retardant system; The dosage is 5-8 kilograms;
(4) In addition to using high-temperature plasticizers, the amount of stabilizers should also be increased for high-temperature resistant PVC plug materials. Add 0.4 kilograms of antioxidant; Reduce fillers appropriately to increase fluidity;
(5) For plug materials with high insulation performance requirements, fillers such as calcined clay must be selected;
(6) When formulating the formula for high polymerization degree power cord PVC plug material, composite processing modifiers should be selected to improve its processing performance;
